Eneida has been a member of the Intellectual Property Department at De Sola Pate & Brown since 2007. Before joining the firm Eneida worked at a prestigious law firms in Caracas in the intellectual property area, litigations and commercial and corporate department.

● Education: Eneida received her law degree from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (1999), and she completed all the course work of Master in Commercial Law at the Universidad Central de Venezuela.

● Professional Affiliations: Eneida is a member of the Bars of Venezuela and of the Capital District of Caracas, she is registered as an Intellectual Property Agent and she is member of Association of Venezuelan Industrial Property Agents (COVAPI).

● Languages: Spanish and English.
